During Lent, we will have a Parish mission to help us prepare ourselves for the celebration of Easter.  It will be given by Pedro Moreno, a graduate of Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and a lay member of the Dominican family (O.P) and a lay Preacher.  He is currently the Director of Hispanic Ministry in the Oklahoma Archdiocese.  He is fluent both in English and Spanish.  The purpose of the Parish Mission is to reflect on our relationship to God and neighbor, in the light of God’s word.  We will gain a better understanding of Kerygma, the good news Jesus proclaimed, Metanoia, the need for conversion of heart and Koinonia, the call to fellowship and service in the Christian community.  The Parish Mission will be on February 27, Tuesday, February 28, Wednesday and March 1st, Thursday both in St. Thomas and Holy Trinity.  There will be no other activities during those times.

Fr. Mathew Kavipurayidam, TOR
